Restricted Jurisdictions

Access to and use of the Probable platform is prohibited for any person or entity that is residing in, a citizen of, organized in, incorporated in, or otherwise located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Restricted Jurisdictions include Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, as well as the United States, United Kingdom, China, France, Canada, Singapore, Poland, Thailand, and Taiwan.

Probable may modify the list of Restricted Jurisdictions at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations.
